Meet some friends here for the Peacock playoff game and had a great time. Started with the loaded tots, and then I had the Riv Burger, which was cooked perfectly and tasted great. They offer she great drink options, including an excellent spiked root beer! There are tons of daily food specials on the menu, and some great daily specials like 1/2 off burgers! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They do have live music as well, which definitely made watching the Dolphins dismal play easier to watch... Overall, we all had a great time and is definitely a place I'll be back to!! I'm looking forward to trying the chicken francese dip - it looked amazing! Great waiter. Good food with odd twists that are good if you like them, terrible if you don't. Terrible live music with a single over enthusiastic clapping fan. The band chose awesome songs, the singers had no business brutalizing them. The band and the fan had us rushing for the door as soon as our food was finished. Restaurant and bar area were slammed. Staff really hustled but remained friendly and accommodating. 30 minute-ish wait for a table but considering how busy they were, I was surprised it wasn't longer. The table could've been cleaned a little better, but again, it's understandable. Food came out hot, nicely presented and timely: apps, salad, entree without pressing courses or large gaps in the service. Shows the kitchen staff is really on point with their prep and timing. We enjoy eating at Riv's. It's a casual bar atmosphere with very good food. There's many food and drink specials. I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and spinach My husband had a pasta dish with chicken and our friend had the combination sea food platter. All are meals were cooked to perfection.. Great atmosphere and some of the best food we have had at a bar recently! Service was also great, and the daily specials are something that you should definitely look for. Updated review! (Sept 10th) Still a perfect spot to watch games/fights. Keep a eye on their social media because Rivs Hub has started hosting meet/greets with UFC fighters.
