Food was very good! I just wish they had more chicken options (I'm allergic to pork & beef) the Alfredo pasta was SO delicious!! I also loved the rolls and butter. The team did an excellent job seeing to our needs. Shaye made sure we received the best service. Adam perfectly delivered on every specific food request. I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. It was a great evening full of wonderful tastes and filling food. We went to eat on Saturday with a large party of 11 and had a great experience. They got us sat quickly and the service was amazing! Adam was our meat sever and he was truly the best one we have ever had. He really took his time and was very good with all the children in our party. Alvin the server has AMAZING service. He served our sweethearts group and was so sweet and accommodating for all of us!! Always made sure we have our drinks+complimentary drinks! Rodizio Grill in Provo is the go to place for us. First, I love the service. Everybody is so kind and generous with their portions. The servers are personable and get you whatever you need. Second, the atmosphere is pleasant, warm and welcoming. Third, the food is amazing. It’s always hot and well seasoned. And a special note to the pineapple. It’s my favorite! The manager works very hard and takes care of his team. You can see it by the way he buses tables and talks to the customers. He is a leader by serving his team. Juliana was amazing! Not as many choices as Tucanos, but super allergy friendly: lots of labels, an allergy book in the open, and most things were gluten free! Service was too fast! When we started saying no to meats, one guy asked if we just wanted something specific and just got us that! Super impressed. The birthday drumming was loud, but not so bothersome. My experience with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day at Rodizio grill was perfect. We were approached by such kind happy faces and the food was amazing. Our server Juliana was a very up beat kind spirit who helped us with everything we needed. She also was very attentive but not too over-bearing. Asia, (who wasn’t even our server) helped fill my boyfriend’s water when he was choking on the spiciness of a chili, as well as gave us a limeade. She did a great job of helping us feel included and made our special night, even better. Adam (one of the boys serving meat) was a GREAT guy, with such a kind nature and great personality. He made the experience so much better, and treated you as a friend, giving us suggestions. Definitely a fan of Rodizio over Tucanos. <3 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Only reason for the 4 stars, and not 5, I was a little disappointed with the meats being very red, medium rare to almost rare. I like mine at least a medium. Which we told the servers, I do understand they’re not the actual ones cooking it. But still. The thing that bothered me a bit more than the meat itself, was the included gratuity of 18%. Just simply because we had a table of more than 8 people. I believe we should be allowed to tip my server what I feel they deserve based on service. Not forced to tip a certain amount. (I do usually tip between 18-20% anyway) I just don’t feel it’s correct to force it, especially if someone doesn’t have a pleasant experience. (Our server Lillian was great!) Upon receiving the check, we had the option to tip, on top of the 18% already included. Other than those two things. My experience was great, service was great and so was the food. I will likely continue to return to Rodizio because I do enjoy the food! Rodizio has come a very long way since the very first time I stepped in. It is definitely my go to when I want the “Brazilian churrasco” experience. Salad bar area food was great and warm items were actually warm! I even found some banana nut bread that was delicious (never seen that item before) speed at which the meats came was actually at a good pace where I didn’t feel like I was getting food stuffed in my face (as was the experience before) I will also add, meat selections seemed fairly good, there were a few that I only saw once or twice compared to others that came by multiple times. I was thoroughly surprised and impressed with this restaurant. I’ve been to their competition and was unimpressed. We were treated exceptionally by all of the staff. A serving manager approached us 3 times to check on us, and the meat servers completely cared about our experience as well. So much so, that one approached us after we were done to ask our favorite. The salad bar was clean, fresh, and super yummy. We were celebrating a birthday, and I normally don’t love Flan, but theirs is super amazing 🤩! I mean, I loved it! Super impressed! Don’t bother saving $5 by going to their competition (not sure if it’s really less expensive), but worth it to come here! As always, very satisfying!!! And FILLING!! Love it! One time, we went with another couple, we brought a scale, and weighed in before eating, and then again after to see who put the most weight.
