Bad and stressful atmosphere due to the rude owner/cook in the back yelling at the poor girl working the front. We have eaten here twice and both times he was very toxic to his employees. WELL GOT HERE AT 7PM , AND THE GIRL SAID WE'RE NOT TAKING ANYMORE COSTUMERS. WENT I CALL ON TUESDAY THE MAN THAT ANSWER THE PHONE SAID JUST COME ON IN, WE CLOSE AT 9PM. I'M VERY UPSET WE COULD EAT THERE TONIGHT.

Food was delicious and portions were good. Service was awesome. Not a fan of the music in the background, I feel it was just a little louder than necessary, but honestly probably wouldn't have noticed it as much on a busier night. We love Roma so much that we come from Stockdale (40 miles) just to eat here. The fried ravioli appetizer in that sauce is just heaven! Everything is freshly made to order, including the garlic knots, so expect to wait a bit. This is not reheated commercial kitchen food, this is like an Italian Nona’s home kitchen. We have tried nearly everything on the menu .Last night I had Linguine with Clams in the white sauce. OMG! Fantastic! Last time I tried the Stromboli, and it was excellent as well. My daughter loves the chicken parm, with its tender juicy chicken cutlet, expertly crisped coating, and not greasy, or soggy. The only complaint we ever have is with the waitstaff. They tend to be totally inattentive. Even when there are only 4 people in the entire restaurant. We started last night with a lovely server that seated us, took our drink order and appetizer order, and put it in, then returned for or dinner order, and brought us bread. She smiled, and was very engaging. We were happy the owner found a keeper. Alas, she was finishing her shift, and the server that took her place just brought our dinner plates and left us hanging. We would have ordered dessert… ( Chocolate mousse cake and Italian cream) but after waiting, we just went to the register to pay. We will always come back. The food is amazing, and the portions are decently sized, and of great value for the price. We just hope the owner finds the right fit for his service staff. 40 min of waiting on our appetizers..... we were told 1 min after waiting another 15 min we left when we arrived we was the only people eating when we walked out total of 2 other tables. But I will say the bread was great seeing how that's all we got to eat in our hour of setting
