I visited Roots cafe on March 2, 2024. The owner was very hospitable and explained how fresh everything is. I loved the coffee and tea on display which were from different countries. I tried one of the fresh juices (can remember the name right now) which consisted of carrots, lemon, orange and ginger. It was amazing. Everything was made fresh, nothing was frozen or from a concentrated source. I stood there and watched the owner make the juice. I also tried a cranberry muffin which was delightful. Overall, I love how the owners blend different cultures into the establish and its offerings. Will be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the pleasure of visiting this safe today. I was greeted as I walked in 😁 and was given a little information about the cafe and the menu. The smoked salmon bagel and sorrel was delicious.
