We stop at rosa's restaurant in calexico in our way to mexico and we love the decoration with flowers in the restaurant. The food was delicious,the chips, salsa and guacamole were fresh made. My surprise was when they brought the big steak cooked to perfection. My friends ask for the chile relleno and the ceviche and that was a lot of food. We met Rosa after we finish our meals and she ask how our food was. She is a very nice happy person that enjoys cooking. Very recommended specially if you like big steaks and mexican food. Went there with my family at about 10am and we were given menus and thats it. 2 other customers were there already. We did not see a server or anyone working for the next 15ish mins. Almost as if they all went out the back door. Ended up going to Dennys instead. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
