I tried them first at a friend’s catered event, so I decided to stop in on a Sunday afternoon for the first time and expected a long wait for a to-go order. The wait time was not bad(about 30 min) and food was great. In comparison to the usual soul food stop my family frequents, this place had better food and prices. Great food and music. I was there for a birthday party for a friend who turned 65. There was karaoke and a very good live band. There is no cover charge and a good variety of food and drinks. Prices are also good. 4 dinners was less than $65. Lots of soul food on the menu, but also jerk items and tacos.
