Most guests mention that the hostess is well-trained. Ruby Tuesday is notable for its prompt service. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are reasonable. The quiet atmosphere will be really just what you need after a hard working day. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

On March 8,2024 I went to Ruby Tuesday around 8pm the restaurant was not pack on a hand full of people in the restaurant. I ordered salmon mashed potatoes Broccoli barbecue wings and a salad. The salad bar looked played over so the waitress gave me my salad for free. When I got home to eat my salmon was dry as hell and my wings was nasty. I spent $40 on trash food I will never eat there again I wasted my money. And not to mention I waited over an hour for my food and nobody was in the restaurant. I do not recommend nobody wasting their hard earned money at this restaurant. I was pissed I couldn't enjoy my meal because the chef clearly could not cook. This restaurant gets 0 stars from me Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

This use to be my favorite Ruby tuesday, I use to live in the area and me and my Mom would dine or take out frequently. I remember saying my last visit I was no longer coming to the College Park location!!!! But after tonight I will go to the East point location. Service was horrible, I ordered 2 pot roast dinners and got a salad to go. The server asked what did I want to order and didn't hand me not one menu! and the salad bar was unattended and the guy who attends the salad bar was right there. He was just standing there, I had to ask him for items that were very low at the bar. And he has an attitude problem I was very pleasant and every time I see him his attitude is nasty. The manager is right there not paying attention to his staff the salad or bar. If he's gonna stand around stand in the back by the hand washing sink and how many of his servers are washing there hands. I was a server before. I seen 2 table servers with dirt under there nails. That means after each plate they not washing hands. I blame management. Ruby Tuesday's are closing because they are not making money and this is why! The pot roast looked and tasted horrible. Slow to meet us at the door to show us to a table. Waitress was very upbeat and nice. However, the service was very slow to receive our meal after ordering (nearly 40 minutes for 2 basic meals). Food was good. It was also hard to get service to pay the bill. Waitress did not stop by to ask if we needed a bill, or needed help with the machine printing a bill. She just disappeared. We left a half hour before closing and the front doors were locked so you could not exit. SUPER UNSAFE if there was a fire. No one informed us of this in advance, nor noticed we were trying to get out, nor offered to assist. We went during slow hours. This was a very unfortunate experience for my family and myself. The evening started off very strong with the hostess quick seating us. She was a truly a breath of fresh air to the environment because she was quick responding, mannerable, and very apologetic for anything improper. Our waitress, was very over confident in not having a writing pad to take our orders and she was very slow getting everything to ur table from the drinks to the to-go containers. We had been sitting for close to forty minutes after receiving our appetizer and drinks she walked by and apologized that our food was taking so long, offering u free salad bar that we had already ordered. She was very difficult to get back to the table once she left. Another thirty minutes went by and we still had no food. I enlisted the hostess to find our waitress. She apologized again and said that she had been asking the manager (Mr. Atkins) to come out to speak with us. When she finally brought the food, it was ALL cold so I enlisted the hostess again to find her and Mr. Atkins. Mr. Atkins came out and raised his voice to say, "I'm busy!" He stated that we see all these people and he only had two waitors. This was not true! It was not busy when we arrived and when it did get busy there were more than enough waitors after we had already waited nearly two hours for our food. He was very unapologetic and lacked any customer service skills. He is not adequate to manage this location, he appeared in street clothes (No ruby Tuesday attire at all) with absolutely no remorse or willingness to rectify the situation. He confidently walked away from the table, offering no accomodation for our time or poor experience. It is his responsibility to properly staff his shift, not ours. It is unacceptable to punish the customers because you are unable to functionally run a business. The philly Cheesesteak posted with the Mac N' Cheese was completely cold and uneditable for my child.
