Right after visiting Barnacle Bills Water Park & Mini Golf, come here for a meal. This bar is a right choice if you are in the mood for the Caribbean cuisine. At this place clients can delve deep into delicious meals, and degust perfectly cooked sweet fries, shrimp tacos and coconut rice. It's worth coming to Rum Kitchen to try good bread pudding, coconut cakes and cheesecakes. You will hardly forget delicious rum, draft beer or Daiquiris that you can try. This place offers great fresh juices or good lime juice among its drinks. Food delivery is a big plus of this spot. The cheerful staff welcomes visitors all year round. Fed family of 5 for around $100 there fried green tomatoes are different but very good. The Cuban was missing something yet still good .Big burgers and great fries. The Cuban sandwich and Brisket melt were delicious. The brisket was seasoned perfectly and tasted fresh. My husband said it was a great Cuban. We ordered take out, it was packaged neatly with everything needed and it was hot. The staff were very friendly. It was so good we went back again the nest day! As a family of 3 I didn’t expect to spend $100 on average dining. There’s nothing special about this establishment. The taste was there with some. The portion size was not there at all. When someone orders a platter, they don’t expect to get a child’s sized plate. I’ve never had a platter be so small for $30. A grown man did not get full. The roll was very dry. The crab was too overcooked. The oysters were so chewy it felt like biting rubber. The fish had bones. The few shrimp were good. The 2 small hush puppies had good flavor. For a $7 kids burger you would think the cheese would be a real slice and not fake shredded cheese put on top. This was the first time we visited the restaurant. The food was delicious, but was over priced for the potion size. I ordered the calamari appetizer which was cooked well, but was priced wrong on the menu, I then ordered the ribeye, which was seasoned well, the only thing was that on the menu it claimed to be a 12oz and what I received was an 8 oz. I ordered mashed potatoes and received the mango rice. They were quick to fix the order, but when I received the potatoes, it tasted like it was made from a box instead of real potatoes. The only suggestion is to either change the prices, or serve the size that is actually on the menu especially for the price. The staff was really nice and did make sure we were okay. I will suggest that the restaurant is worth visiting other than the few hiccups that occurred especially with pricing. The food here was absolutely delicious. I ordered the red fish and Mac and cheese. The fish was well seasoned, tendered, and juicy. The Mac and Cheese was very cheesy and tasty. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress Felicia was very attentive and made sure we never ran out of our drinks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's a quaint little place tucked away in the strip mall. I got their daily special wish for that night was an 8 oz filet asparagus and muchroom risotto. Was not expecting the quality for the type of establishment I thought it was. It's got good vibes in there. The steak was cooked to perfection. We were highly disappointed from the beginning. Even though the crab cakes appetizer was good the price for 2 golfball size crab cakes was not worth it. We were brought our salads and bread, the creole vinaigrette was nothing but oil, butter and seasoning. The bread was not heated at all and did not even melt the butter. When the entree arrived it was very disappointing. The blackened redfish was so thin it was almost burnt and the ahi tuna was supposed to be crusted w/ sesame seeds and with a wasabi bourbon, or the sauce and ginger, but it was none of the above, nor was it seasoned at all. When we asked the waitress about the tuna, she stated that there were some menu changes and she was sorry. We informed her that it would have been nice to know before we ordered from the menu because we would have ordered something different. In all, we will not be returning to eat there. Oh by the way the prices listed on the web are not what they are in the restaurant. You will need to add 5 to 6 dollars to your items. This is a great place. The service was great and fast. Granted, we were the only ones there, but the food still tasted exquisite. My grandmother had the Mushroom Cheddar Jack Hamburger, and said it was worth every penny. Also, Chappy's sister paints very great pictures (below). Good job, guys!
