Sada is a very peaceful place to eat. The fish they use for their sushi is very fresh and high quality. They have great service in a cozy atmosphere. We eat there regularly. As we entered the resturant, one of the staff members told us to wait 10 minutes, but as they came back, the time approached 45 minutes and they had no explaination for the long wait. Not only this, but the food we ordered was horrendous. The tempura tasted like rubber and we were not impressed with the rolls given. Big city sushi restaurant quality in a small town. Our absolute favorite place with rice bowls also on the menu for those who want a delicious authentic heated Japanese dish + wide variety of sake to choose from. Staff are absolutely excellent too! Sushi roll was just ok, average at best. The appetizers were great, ordered like 5 of them to share. Atmosphere was cool but the bar upstairs was having some type of event and it literally sounded like the ceiling was going to collapse on us. Good food like always. Like how I have been trying new things on the menu, and so far I found out I love all of them so far. The day I went with my family, our server was a little slow and took her a little bit to get to us or check up on us as well as refills. Still, there were other servers that were checking up on us.
