$90 plus dollar for the time/shoes/lanes, another good amount on food. Lanes have a mind of their own, resets pins, goes to next player. We got moved to the next lane, got 10 mins added and this lane was worse. I went ahead and talked to Tanner and I mentioned to him about what was going on as he was well aware because he was helping out the entire night and automatically blamed the balls we were using, then mentioned “oh I already know where this is going” “I already gave you ten mins” I was disgusted with the immediate assumptions that what was needed was more time on the lanes rather than just moving us to a lane that worked and functioned properly.. We’re here at the lanes about 5-6 times bi monthly for birthday parties, work events, just because but after the last couple of times here, I’ll take my business else where. Thank you for the memories…

Has been updated since I was a kid which was nice...but honestly felt better back then! Service was ok - but customers there can suck. Have control of your kids and be respectful..too much to ask for there lol

Bowling balls with shoes etc left behind after a birthday party, when called they were rude and refused to locate the bag with equipment. My mother purchased this equipment for me before she passed and when explained how important they were I was hung up on. I called back and received the same from another, refused to bother to look! We need to run places like this out of existence, I payed for a birthday party which ended in turmoil. Thanks Saddleback Lanes for a memorable Experience.

JT saves the night! What great customer service from this young man. I brought my son to a birthday party, only to find there was a mix-up and the host family didn't have any reservations. Something about not completing the online reservation process. While the birthday group was hanging out at a nearby pizza place, I mentioned to JT that we were interested in any lanes that might open up. 4 minutes later he tracked me down and mentioned an upcoming cancellation. The host family Mom said the whole group cheered at the news. Lesson learned: Complete the whole online reservation process, including payment. Thanks JT for saving the night for us!

I am remiss for having not posted a review yet. My son celebrated his 10th birthday party at Saddleback lanes the week before Christmas. This birthday party was his best yet. The package was an incredible value, the kids enjoyed the food included. The staff made everything so nice and easy and you could tell that they really cared about your experience. All I had to do was show up and have fun. I do recommend that you add the game cards to your package for the arcade. That was a highlight for the boys, and there was enough time to enjoy the arcade, the full amount of time bowling And eat/have cake and even open presents. The souvenir bowling pin that his guests got to sign was another highlight. If you are looking to throw a birthday party, that is fun and affordable, please consider Saddleback lanes. Such a great value and such a great time!

My man is on a bowling league there,and has so much fun. The staff is very sweet, and helpful. They keep the alley very clean,and there is a nice section for the kids to play arcades. There is also a great bar room with a nice selection of alcohol for those that do drink. We love it,and strongly recommend going there.
