The customer service is excellent. Sometimes, it takes a while to get through on their landline, but it's worth the wait. Our food is always ready in less time than estimated. They also have great pricing, my family of 4 can eat for around $30. Highly recommended this restaurant for dine in or takeout! I wish I could remember the name of my waitress this evening. It was honestly probably the best service I have ever had! I know they’re short staffed, but she went above and beyond. The food was amazing as always, large portions and well worth the price. This is my go-to spot in Hickory when I crave hibachi.
