I had a great experience, I ordered steak and eggs and it was delicious. My server was Kaylee and she was very nice and on top of things even while slammed. I will request her section next time. I really like the teamwork. There wasn't one person that walked by my table that didn't look to see if I needed anything. Great experience and will be back. We supported this restaurant many times. But the more we go the worse the service gets. We stopped in today and waited at least 15 minutes before we left. Another couple came in after us and was served immediately. We never had our order taken. We were completely ignored. Usually the wait at the door is ridiculous. Today we were seated quickly and the place wasn't busy. And this isn't the first time this has happened. We'll from now on take our business elsewhere. We had the most outstanding meals! Catfish dinner and Reuben sandwich to die for plus a complimentary basket of hushpuppies. Service was fast and our food was hot. Did not stay to eat. People were lined up outside even though there were multiple unoccupied tables. I observed the lady tell several people in front of me, in a somewhat snippy tone, the wait was "a few minutes " even when asked for more specifics. It really is not hard to write down the time people get on the list, and the time they're seated to give you a rough idea of wait time. Time is valuable. Attitude is everything. Service: 1

The family eats here often and overall happy with food and service. My only criticism is how they prepare an omelet. Like most fast food restaurants they use a grill rather than saute pan, which is fine but the cooks still should learn how to flip to cook both sides. We decided to go to sawmill for breakfast and boy were we not disappointed! The service wasn’t the best bc we were left on our own most of the time but they were busy so there’s that. We both had chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and the food was worth the wait!!! The chicken was hot and moist and the waffle was crispy and delicious!
