I just ordered ahead through the app. Paid, drove over to pick up and this scooters was closed? The app said "open 6 AM - 8 PM." I'm confused. So now I'm out $13.27 and no drinks to show for it? If they're closed/low staffed I shouldn't have been able to order through the app in the first place. I would like a refund please! I came through scooters to get coffee to get some caffeine in me, just to be greeted with loud music and a man who had a horrible attitude with his coworkers, the coworker seemed very upset and didn’t like the tone of voice. it made me very sad to go through a coffee place just to be greeted by loud music and horrible attitude with staff. the man had very long hair and it also was not put back in a ponytail while he was working on drinks. I was so happy to hear that there is a half-caff option! It's nice to know that you don't have to choose between a lot of caffeine or no caffeine. Perfect choice for a late afternoon drink. Libby (or Libbie) was so helpful. Will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They do great and serve quickly with good drinks. I order with oatmilk and the iced drinks taste good!! Small drive thru area with no parking. No trash can for outdoor seating area. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

I decided to give Scooters another shot after previous disappointments. I even asked for an extra shot of espresso because their lattes have a chalky taste to them. Unfortunately that didn't help. Not sure what type of coffee they use but it's very bitter. I couldn't finish my small drink. If you're a fan of super sweetened coffee then that might mask the bitter taste but it's just not my cup of tea (or coffee in this instance) 😉

Speed of getting drinks ready was great. I ordered a chai tea, lady with me got a carmelious frappe ice. Both highly disappointed. Didn't even taste right Best chai tea is Aunt Emmys in Manchester Iowa. Starbucks is 2nd. Won't do Scooters again.

This by far is my favorite coffee shop! I love that when I pull up, there are several who know my order without me even having to say anything! Definitely makes for a great experience. Staff are always very friendly and have great customer service. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

We come here darn near everyday! 9 times out of 10 they always mess up my drink order! They always put whipcream when I ask not too or the drink is very watered down. For how much I am paying I expect my order to be correct! I will be switching back to starbucks!!

My favorite Scooters Coffee has the best baristas. Hands down. I see the same happy barista every week day and it brightens my morning. He always is peppy, upbeat, and sounds genuinely happy to serve you. Not to mention my coffee is always tasty and perfect and my breakfast burrito is hot and yummy!

Coffee was prepared quickly and the staff was very friendly! Not to mention it was free extra shot day so I got a little extra pep from the coffee. Not the greatest coffee ever but I like it more than Starbucks and it was MUCH FASTER!!
