I frequent Shanti's with my colleagues on Mondays for Lunch. The buffet is always good and makes for a very efficient and delicious lunch break and doesn't hurt that it is in walking distance. A terrific restaurant, especially for little ol' Roseburg. The best dishes are off the menu, not from the buffet, though those can be good too with some added spice. The allo banghan masala, lamb korma, chicken tikka masala, and chicken goa curry are very good!
