I came to sheetz to purchase a lighter because the power is out in my house. The African American female that was working the register around 11:40-ish had told me I had to be 21 or older to buy tobacco products. Lighters are not tobacco products & the legal age to buy a lighter is 18, i am 19 turning 20 in three days. I went to the speedway and they sold me a lighter no problem. This is the third time I was told they cannot serve me. If your going to enforce laws at-least know them. Done with sheetz!! But no disrespect 🙏🏽

3rd shift supervisor Jessica needs to be fired immediately. She was extremely rude to me just because I ordered food at 2am (WHICH IS HER JOB…)

Pulled in to get snacks & drinks. I have NEVER EVER seem so much garbage all over. Looks like someone emptied out a dumpster all around front of store and doorway. If they don't care, I don't want to give them my business. We pulled out. This is jaw dropping hideous

A tall dark skinned interrupted my conversation about my bucket fries that where over there just sitting. She was rude & loud. She had an attitude and seemed upset. I don't need the drama. I was talking to guy about my other order about some onions. w
When she aggressively & rudely interrupted. Also my sausage dog ended up havinga drop of sauerkraut on it. If you dont have enough to prepare it take it off the menu.

UPDATE: Tony does an amazing job, he always goes above and beyond. Very friendly, I feel at home every time I come here. He’s usually in the kitchen. 10 out of 10.

The young black shift manager is rude & so is the argumentative older black lady cooking the food. Where Sheetz get those two bullies. I will come less they are bad for business. Do better Sheetz with the hiring.

Both of us was "hungry", I was getting off work, & she wanted the "crispy bucket of fries", she was satisfied. I however seen the advertisement for the " 6 tacos 4 $6" traditional tacos. The only thing that may have made them better, was the spirit of GOD! I let my lady try 1, I agreed, they were NASTY! Personally I will not purchase any food from any SHEETZ ever again!

Just had the most unprofessional customer service ever. The cashier ringing me up for tobacco was a nice young black young lady and very courteous. However the other cashier whom was a black young lady with glasses without a name tag took over her register to cash out a $100 lottery ticket interrupted my transaction. The cashier who was ringing me up said in a jokingly manner dang they ready to go and the cashier with glasses said “okay I’m ready to go to” as if she didn’t want to be at work. Her response was unprofessional and she wasn’t apologetic about inconveniencing customers which caused the line to grow even longer.
