Food delivery is a big plus of ShopRite of Brookhaven. Good pizza is what this place guarantees you. It's nice to try delicious wine. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, prices are adequate. As for the Google rating, this spot earned 4.3.

I had never been to a ShopRite before and I was surprised at the variety and quality both of the foods and non-food items. Plus you can checkout either with a person who will total and bag your groceries or you can checkout on your own. I first went there b/c my pharmacy, Elwyn, moved there, but now I'm going for general shopping too!

My boyfriend and I just attempted to go to ShopRite of Brookhaven at 11:45pm on Friday January 5, 2024. The posted hours say that the store is open until Midnight. The door was locked already and we were ignored for 5 minutes. Then an African American Security guard walked up to the door. He gestured with his hand to his neck and moved his hand across his neck. I said "I need to buy a bag of dog food for my dog" He opened the door and said "We're closed" I said "Your posted hours say you close at Midnight" and He said "Tonight we closed at 11:45pm" I said again "I need to buy a bag of dog food for my dog" He said "If I let you in, I have to let 10 other people in" That made absolutely no sense because just me and my boyfriend were standing there. Plus we were ignored for 5 minutes Before that. And this whole conversation took Several minutes. So I told the security guard "I am calling management". The security guard told me "I don't care go right ahead and call management." By the security card telling me this this totally implied to me that he thought I was stupid. I worked as a RN for 25 years and when someone told me they were calling management that always made me like anxious and afraid that my job was in jeopardy, what kind of customer service is this that is security guard has the authority to close a ShopRite 15 minutes early and then talks down to a customer?

This is the worst store and customer service I have ever experienced. They are not friendly they are rude and ignorant. They do not have the time or the courtesy to help ANYONE. I do not recommend going here at all.

One of the best regional ShopRites run by the Burns family. This store has a diverse grocery selection and customer base. Great regional food like Aversa’s hoagie rolls, Marino’s water ice and Jamaican Choice spices are available here. Worth the drive up from North Wilmington DE if you’re in need of real cheesesteak bread. And it’s one of the last stores that stays open late!

Bakery only review- I only went here for a cake. The lady that took my order on 9/9/23 also made the cake. She was friendly & took her time to help me decide while we looked at other cakes, designs and options. I don’t remember her name, but thank you.

Love the service and the delivery people are great but I can’t seem get to the online service any more. I am thrown out after getting to the end. I review my order and the next step is to pay and am on a frozen screen. It’s frustrating.

Great Prices & Deals ! Take this for example. $10.29 ! A BIG OF SEAFOOD BOIL !!! I'm certain that these are a BIG SELLER for Memorial Day Weekend 2023 !!! DEFINITELY WORTH THE VISIT !

This ShopRite stands out from most other stores bearing the same name. The management here is committed to additional discounts for veterans every day of the week on top of their already low prices. It’s evident that some very positive changes have been made here from the last time I visited as I found the store to be ultra organized, clean, and the restroom immaculate and well stocked. I used the self check out and was immediately greeted by Dot, a lovely asset to this store. ShopRite of Brookhaven is an A+ store.

Great design, well stocked, great selection. In addition to normal supermarket items, they also have a good court with pizza, chicken, and sushi. Add to that a week stocked beer garden and this place has it all!
