I was there last nite on valentines and was gonna get something to eat. Will it took almost 10 minutes before waitress came over. I order a corrona and asked for a menu,I already knew what I wanted. And only took me a minute or 2 to decide. I went up to bar to run my keno came back to my table and sat there. I was almost done with my beer before girl came back. So I was already a little frustrated, as I already had waited about 10 minutes to just get a waitress. So I told her never mind on the food,took to long. And she kind of got an attitude with me and said will were busy. Really that's her response, seen her standing at waitress area couple times. been there when it was busier and never had an issue. Requested the Manager and girl from behind the bar came over and as she was standing there talking to me,waitress came by and literally snatched the receipt and my $5 from the table and Manager saw that and I pointed that out. That waitress has no business working in customer service. 1st here. Was a decent place. Staff that i conversed with was friendly. They had a band that was setting up to start playing at 9pm. The food we had was decent. My delux sub i thought would be bigger and it came with no sauce..i asked for pizza sauce and my server brought me some..i did upgrade for onion rings and they brought 5 out.. they were a little crispy but still greesy.. for a quick new spot to try was not too bad.. other people with me felt same kind of experience with their food order.. i would try something else again.. I drove from Fruitport because I heard they had some great onion rings. The onion rings and their ranch are outstanding. I ordered the Three’s Company meal for dinner , and they plated a FREEZER BURNT LASAGNE ROLL , absolutely disgusting. We also ordered the Bone Ends Mac n Cheese , that they plated and sent to us with noodles that had been reheated so many times there was no cheese left , it was dried out rubber noodles. We sent it all back and no appearance nor apology from any manager. Don’t waste your time on dinner here , stick to the onion rings only.
