What a horrible experience. I love to eat oysters, and boy, did I leave disappointed. Not sure how this place is "The only oyster bar on the Oregon coast." I ordered a dozen raw oysters, and my wife ordered a sandwich. After over a 20 minute wait, the worker in the kitchen brought them out. I could instantly smell their foulness. They looked and smelled like they had been harvested at low tide. The older couple a table over had the same issue. We had our server come over, and she was visibly upset. We offered to pay for our drinks, and she declined. She went straight for the kitchen to talk with the kitchen staff. We won't be back. Been here a few times…always busy but always quick good service. There’s a little covered area to smoke and you can bring your drink. Ordered CFS it’s made from scratch and amazing. We have gone there from out of town about three or four times a year for twenty plus years. Food has always been really good and the guys in the kitchen are terrific! The very ill mannered women running the bar need to find employment elsewhere due to the fact that they obviously hate the job they currently have. They are rude to everyone and having to watch them treat the lunch crowd like garbage was very hard to take. Ill mannered is putting it very lightly. Pretty sure no one will care and that's fine but we will question returning there next time we are in town.

Best damn oysters- we got the oysters platters which had 4 different 1/2 dozen styled oysters. Raw, shooters, sautéed and fried. Also the atmosphere ruled. Deff a good local spot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went for a drive up to Newport, Depot Bay, and Lincoln City with my friend to have lunch and admire our mighty Pacific Ocean. My final spot for a late lunch was Shucker's, Oyster Bar. My friend says, "it's just a little dive bar, but the food is so good!" When I opened the door I was instantly welcomed with warmth, laughter, and good cheer. The bar sits in the center of sitting booths and tables. Everyone is so cheerful, it makes me feel right at home. I order a Seafood Platter, Coleslaw, Garlic Bread, and Vodka Oyster 🦪 shooters! My food was delicious, I especially enjoyed the fried Clam Strips. The Oysters were plump and perfectly ocean salty. What a great place to hang out and listen to some live or jukebox music. A great little place for a fun date night or Fun Sunday! Bathrooms are available, no masks are required, and plastic/cash is accepted. A cool small neighborhood type bar/ restaurant located in Lincoln City. My friends really enjoyed the Oysters here. The price of food and drinks were very reasonable. I really like this place. It has a comfortable atmosphere and the wait staff is always on the ball. There is a good variety of seafood, along with enough non- seafood to keep everyone happy. The food has been cooked to perfection every time I’ve been there. Try them for breakfast, try them for dinner, either way, be sure to try them out. This was a great surprise as I was craving some oysters! I enjoyed the oyster platter as it gave a little bit of everything. My family and I had already taken some bites of the food before photos were taken. The only small complaint is the service as it was delayed due to a full house and only 2 front of the house workers. They are such hard workers and have so much on their plate! Please keep in mind that they are busy doing certain hours and have limited workers. But overall amazing food would come back.
