Good boba and open fairly late. Big menu for all types of drinks. I believe they have ice cream with waffles? But I've only ordered drinks here. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I started coming during the pandemic and continued going every time I was in town (quite often). I loved their drink variety and quality. Whether you craved a vlassic drink, signature drink, or a bubble waffle, they wouldn't let you down. Unfortunately, about 1.5 years ago I had a poor customer service experience where my drink order was skipped. I know it gets busy and things happen so I let it go. I thought enough time had passed and returned again this week to only be ignored, once again. After finally getting my drink, I was disappointed. With so many boba options out there, I'll skip this place. I'll save my time and go elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I wish they had had more flavors of ice cream. The scoops are also really small. The bubble waffle tastes amazing, I think it's very egg based, tastes so good. The fosselmans matcha ice cream tastes like pistachio, maybe they use the same base. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Good boba spot. I got the milk tea and oolong milk tea with pudding and it was delicious. My only complaint is they put way too much ice into the drinks. It deludes the drink and you are essentially paying for ice and not the tea. Also, the parking can be a headache. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Parking wasn’t simplee. Had to park 2 blocks away. Back to boba. Taro slush boba was good. A lot less sugar than other boba shops. Willing to try other bobas but not so sure if it’ll be worth finding street parking spot. Drive more or walk more? Decisions.

Wonderfully delicious ice teas. Yummy creamy teas with boba and whipped sea salt caramel and cheese whips and what not. Young energetic staff. Always a pleasure.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The drinks at 50% of normal sweetness was perfect for us. We tried the Matcha Milk Tea and Jasmine Tea. They use plastic bubble lids rather then the normal heat sealed lids, weird but whatever. On Tuesdays they have a $3 Thai Tea special all day. Also ask for a stamp card, 10 stamps = 1 free drink.

Nice space with clean lines and comfortable seating close to the gold line. The logo is super cute and the soft opening jars were a nice Holiday Gift. I look forward to raising my rating to a 5 because I like that they use agave, have almond milk as an option and have matcha, but their recipes need work and the boba is too hard.
