I just picked up the jerk chicken bowl for lunch after hearing nothing but glowing reviews of the food.
And now, what's my humble verdict: I knew I was in for a treat when I opened the bowl. The smell of this culinary creation is a thing of beauty. The perfectly cooked chicken, the fruit, and the rice is sure to put a smile on your face.
But how does it taste? There are few words, so I will keep it simple: pure delight. My only -- only -- complaint was that the meal had to come to an end. It left me wanting more.
In a world so full of fast food malaise, Sisters Cravings is a little vacation for your taste buds. It is one of the best meals I've had in a very long while.

There is no where around here that you will find better service, fresher food, or quality as high as theirs. Every single thing has been above my expectations!! I will never be able to thank them enough for the kindness they consistently show me, and every person who walks through their doors.

I stopped in yesterday on my way out of town and tried the Buffalo Soldier salad. The ladies working were so kind and welcoming. The salad: WOW. This was the BEST salad I've ever had. It had so much chicken packed on top and was extremely flavorful. I was more than impressed and will definitely be back whe I'm in town.

I’ve lived in Kingsport for years. I thought I’d heard of/been to all the best local spots in the area. I have never been more happy to be wrong. I don’t know which one was more impacting: the amazing, quality food or the ladies that run it. I got a jerk chicken bowl and a smoothie. Every bite of the chicken bowl had a new or more complex flavor profile. The smoothie is, without exaggeration, the best smoothie I’ve ever had. The ladies there exude positivity and seeing there connection customers was moving. I know Keith Lee is never gonna come to Kingsport, but if he did, I’d be sending him their way. God bless!
