I called to inquire about a second charge on my account. when speaking it over rather then making me feel comfortable about it the bartender who answered the phone argued with me and made my experience absolutely terrible. i love pigeon hill n such and this put an absolute terrible feeling for me and i honestly will not come back to this establishment. i couldn't finish a sentence without her talking over me and she did not make me feel any better about them double charging my card. I understand a system issue can happen but the level of customer service i got was absolutely terrible. which is why im leaving the review nothing to do with the second charge itself .
