Potato Salad
I ordered the side of potato salad with chicken thighs. It was fillet instead of bone in, which made me unhappy. The chicken thigh was seasoned and had grill marks to give it a visually appealing appearance. Every bite of the thigh was tasty, and the quantity size was appropriate. The potato salad is distinct; it tastes strongly of dill and has a smooth, mashed potato-like texture.
The biscuit cake, which included layers of vanilla custard, biscuit/cookie, and crushed nuts on top, was phenomenal. I like how smooth and creamy the custard was, and I'm glad it wasn't overly sugary.
