My mom and I were in the mood for Mexican and wanted to try their happy hour. When I arrived I parked in the private lot. I walked into a bright, nice restaurant. We sat at the bar, and Omar was our bartender/server, and he was great. We started with happy hour drinks, which were good, especially the red sangria. I then had the chicken taco and the shrimp empanada, which were very good. The tacos just had a little too much sauce on top. My mom enjoyed the steak she had very much. The bill wasn't bad and all in all we had a good experience!

Both my girlfriend and I ate at this restaurant on 3/6/2024. We sharred the fajita trio. We left the restaurantv. Approximately 30 minutes later we both started feeling naucious and started vomiting. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to Kim the manager. She asked what we ordered and where we sat. I answered her questions. She then asked for my phone number and said she would call me back. Well it now going on 3 days later and I still haven’t heard from her or anyone else that works there. Its now going on 3 days later. Both my girlfriend and i are starting to feel a littke better. Something may have not been cooked all the way but the main thing that pisses me off is that Kim did not return my call. I've always passed this once diner turned taquería. Vibrant decor and atmosphere transformed a classic diner feel into a cantina vibe. I recommend reservations online as this place can fill up during peak hours. Parking can be difficult to find as well. Complimentary chips and salsa. I ordered the steak burrito bowl which met my savory expectations. A traditional margarita did not disappoint. I would return to this establishment 9.6/10.
