The food was delicious. I was so pleased with the fried goat and the fried plantain. The marinade was just pure joy, my childhood favorite snack. In fact, my mouth is watering as I am writing this review. The strawberry lemonade was beyond delicious. The staff were very professional and friendly. I have not had honest to good Haitian food in so long and as soon as I walked up to the food truck, i saw griot I knew I had to try it. It was so perfectly cooked and they got the plantains right, unlike a couple of other Caribbean places I’ve tried. Can’t wait to come back for oxtail and stew chicken.
