please stop having people move from stall to stall like some game, if you want us to move closer to a specific stall or not want to take our service then just say that. Thank you bye. There's no drive thru as mentioned on google maps, the kids that work there do not do their job to the best of their ability. They probably have music playing so they can't hear when people are trying to order. I shouldn't have to yell into the intercom. Service is horrible. Staff has no manners. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service I just received from this store was poorly I gave the car hop a $20 and my order was $7.01 and he gave me just $2 dollars back then they wanted to say they couldn’t give me my happy hour price I had to go and yell at them because somehow they lost my order ticket like do better poor service all the way I hate being rude but don’t take advantage of your customers and have better communication with staff and all this was with a manager in training name deMonte he is not good with customer service

This place is the biggest JOKE, the people are slow and they obviously don't care about this business! I ordered a drink online and waited 10 min on them to bring it out. I watched the 6 people in the sonic stand and talk the entire time, the only reason I got my drink was because I pushed the red button amd asked them where is my drink!😤 Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Order online from here all the time. Love their staff. Today I was five minutes late to pick up my order and the app wouldn’t let me check in. The car hop was so attentive, she asked if I was here to pick up an order because I was staring at my phone! She ran in and got it, and the food is still HOT! Love this Sonic!! Service: 5

Went there on 8/30/23 @2:50pm. Just stopped by to get a simple Cherry limeade slushy but after 40 minutes left empty handed. I asked one of the car hoppers about my order , she said she would go “check” on it. Just a waste of time. I would understand if it was busy but it was not. Only after 25 minutes of waiting did it start getting busy. I pressed the red button multiple times but no one ever responded. I wish I could give 0 stars to the food because I didn’t get any. Ordered the sauced Jumbo popcorn chicken, and ask if they could use both sauces, they replied it doesn't come that way.... okay . Just got the Buffalo. It was just okay. Not that "Sauced" up though.
