When ordering the person taking our order was very rude, did not wait for a reply we had to hit the red button again because she rang our order up wrong and then once again just disconnected us. Spoke so fast you couldn’t understand anything she even said. It was very frustrating. The hot fudge Sunday barely had any hot fudge in it. The only good experience we had was our Car Hop Edison. So…I ordered a Dr Pepper with vanilla along with a couple other menu items. Once I received my order and pulled away I took a sip of what was suppose to be my vanilla Dr Pepper however, it was in fact a coke… I then pulled back up and very politely asked them to replace it, they refused and slammed shut the window. I proceeded to go to the sonic on 32nd street and ordered a WHOLE NEW DRINK!!!! They were much nicer and got the drink correct. It’s safe to say I will only be going to this sonic from now on! As for the the range line location, they need to shape up and ship out!!! I will not be returning until then. I would also like to add that the mozzarella sticks were not tasty. Sonic DO BETTER!!! Credit where credit is due. This is one of the best sonic restaurants I've ever been to. The food quality was good everything was served quickly without a long wait time. The grounds seem to be well kept. And for people traveling through Joplin, there's even a playground for you to take a break and let your kids run around for a bit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I give my car hop 5 stars alone! Guyle is a great employee! Give him a raise! He was quick and had a great attitude upon delivering my food to my car! Also on a side note complimented my car! Stopped by here (Joplin on Rangeline)Sat evening for a quick bite on our way back to AR, we ordered 3 snack chilies cheese wraps, 1 med order of tator tots, and 2 drinks, pretty simple. The drinks were ok, tator tots were reheated, and the chilie cheese wraps had more bare tortilla than filled space! It was like they were scraping the last out of the pan n divided by 3. They screen didn't work so I couldn't pay with my card until they got there! The car hope was very short n rude. I stopped at this sonic to get breakfast on my way to work. Ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. Waited almost 15 minutes. For just 1 burrito and nothing else. I gave up because the food didn't come, and I needed to get to work. I started to back out so I could get to work on time. Car hop came out right then. Gave me my bag with the correct receipt on it. In a rush, I don't look in the bag and leave so I can be at work on time. Make it into my office and pull out a grilled cheese. I paid $5 for a grilled cheese. Being stuck at work, I couldn't go back to have them correct this. What is happening to this store? It used to be my favorite Sonic, and who eats a Grilled Cheese Sandwich for breakfast? I usually love this sonic but the worker didn’t say any words just handed me my food and my medium French wasn’t even filled up to the size of a small. It looked like someone ate out of it then handed it to me. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This experience was horrible i ordered a burger and my wife did 2 both were wrong and mine was so bad I deamed it good enough for my DOG, this sonic is not a good 1 the picture will say it all Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This sonic is great for road trips with kids. Stopped here driving from Texas to Missouri, food was good and they have an amazing playground! The ground on the playground is sand so heads up for sandy shoes but I will stop here again on trips.
