This particular sonic has gone above and beyond on my lunch today. I ordered a #3 supersonic bacon double cheese with a large onion ring. Let me tell you that the burger was hands down the best burger I’ve ever gotten from any sonic I’ve ever been to. The patty's were cooked perfectly, the veg tasted fresh and the bacon was definitely cooked right before I ordered. The onion rings were absolutely perfect hot and crispy right out of the fryer. The customer service was amazing at the window. Will definitely be going back. Bravo sonic! We ordered online 15 minutes after order was suppose to be delivered I had to buzz them 10 minutes later and employee c out to ask about our order. After several times of buzzing final got order, but wrong. Final got order after a failed attempt on the sandwich. Asked for Manager but never came Felt like the workers were playing a game. Ordered drinks on app waited 15 mins so we ordered fries tots mozzarellas. Got our food 40 mins later but no drinks. Waited another 15 mins for our drinks. Not sure what this sonics problem is but they’ve changed management and employees several times always the same result.
