Super sweet employee!! Very polite when taken my large family’s order. She asked us to give them a few moments while they prepare the food!! Of course we replied, no problem because it will be good & fresh. This was a late night 11:17pm snack order. I’m grateful they’re open and sooo kind!! Great job Sonic! Disappointing experience. Drove up to their patio seating and planned our order before hitting the call button. Was told they are drive thru only. The entire point of Sonic is the drive-in atmosphere. Property was tired and not maintained well. A bit strange being in a high traffic tourist location. Food was alright. Tots were great and my wife’s food was decent. My coney was pathetic. I think they drizzled the last bit of chili on it but it was barely enough to stain the bun. Overall disappointing.

This wasn't the best place in the past for fast food in pigeon forge. I was pleasantly surprised today though, when I had 4 pickup orders for coworkers and my own order to place. Zoe gave special attention & thoughtfulness by making sure each order had the names with the bags, even had it with each person's drink! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Food was on the edge of being cold, trash cans over flowing and two little girls running around in the parking lot, pretty sure they belong to one of the employees. These kids locked the bathroom door, an employee was notified and she said she would come back to see and never returned. This sonic is trash, just like the people who work there. Sad to see since it's in such a populated area. Prices keep going up, but customer service is trending down.
