I hate leaving a bad review because I love sonic, but when you hire immature staff, it happens. I ordered this evening and had to return due to my order being made wrong. I politely let them know and the girl was very cheerful in apologizing and assuring me a replacement was being made. Once I got it, I found they chose the smallest chicken patty they had and drowned it in ketchup and then used half a mustard bottle on the burger along with a garden of veggies. Sad that someone with such a fragile ego would waste this much food simply because they made a mistake in the first place. This is how you waste product, lose customers, and lose money on both ends. Its not worth the money. I can have a good sit down meal at a decent restaurant for the same price. Why pay $20-25 for $8 food? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
