It wasnt busy, but our server was really out of it. He disappeared for a couple minutes without a word while we were ordering. Seems like a resource management issue, maybe the team at this location needs more help. Never know what’s going on behind the counter as the customer. Food is still great. Usually, I never have problems or attitudes from this location. Except for tonight. Literally, I did not even finish talking, and the kid goes, "What's the name for the order?" They never ask for the name, but I guess tonight they did. "No, it's not a pick up." "Okay, I still need a name for the order" "No, I'm placing an order now" *proceeds to ignore me and moves along to the car 2 stalls from me* I'm sorry you hate your job. Service: 1

This is my favorite Sonic in the area. They are consistent with making the corn dogs hot and fresh and the fritos chili cheese wrap was yummy good. Ocean water is nostalgic to my taste buds. Waited for 20 mins, even pressed the button for service multiple times but no one ever even acknowledged me. There was only two other cars, and one person outside sitting who already had food so not sure why they weren’t able to at least say “we’ll be right with you”… I ended up leaving and going to another location where they were super quick but the food just wasn’t hitting. Sonic isn’t as good as I remember. I could’ve made a better chili dog at home. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

(Full disclosure: first time eating at Sonic Drive-In). Ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken slider, and a cherry-limeade drink. Burger was not seasoned, and the vegetables were not crisp or fresh tasting. The slider had too many pickle chips and too much mayonnaise; additionally, the chicken mini-pattie was too salty and tasted like it was fried in oil that needs to be changed. I've heard about the cherry-limeade for decades so I was looking forward to finally trying it... turns out it is syrupy Sprite mixed with crushed ice and grenadine - basically a "Shirley Temple." Add the poor food experience to slow car service and dated (and not in the intentionally retro way the company intends) building and equipment, and I doubt I will ever eat at a Sonic Drive-Thru again. As with any large corporation, I'm sure there are Sonic Drive-Thru locations that are well-run in all respects, but my experience today leaves me wary of the brand. All the kiosk are broken, ordered ahead of time on the app, ordered 3 drinks and only 1 with nerds. All 3 had nerds and since the kiosks were all broken I had to get someone's attention and they were not even sure of which order was mine. Needs major improvements and repairs. Waited almost half an hour for my order and for them to not even give me the food right and some food items warm or almost cold. Ordered a #2 combo and a #4 combo. For the first order they just slapped two beef patties with cheese and mayonnaise. The second combo was also missing the onion ring. To top it off the corn dog I got on the side wasn't even warm.

I ordered through the drive thru and once I got home I noticed my sandwich did not have a patty!! I called the store 4 times and they kept hanging up on me after ringing for a while

So I had the munchies craving sonic so I ordered from Uber eats I got everything you see on the receipt waited for the lady to get for it delivered and when I got it and opened the food it was the complete wrong order like bro where’s the churros?? This is not what I ordered and I’m not happy so I decided to call and best thing their phone is off the line!!!? Wow what a great sonic!!?! I’m just so upset and it was the sonic on 95th and van buren Service Delivery
