My husband went to buy food for the kiddos tonight. There were mistakes on the order by staff which is understandable. We didn’t realize until we got home and ran back with the receipt. We tried to call but the phone is apparently disconnected so the Kids stayed home to eat and my husband went back. The gentleman asked my husband why he didn’t bring the food back and was just rude with the whole process. They made a mistake on my husbands sandwich but in return… he got a coupon for a free medium drink….i know you work fast food but if your lack of customer service is going to be this bad because you’re unhappy with your job. You might want to reconsider working somewhere else. Customer service is everything. I’d return to a place with good customer service with okay food.
