I pulled in at 10:45 a.m. this morning and ordered "an ultimate meat and cheese burrito, just the burrito please" the voice on the speaker says "what else". I replied, "just the burrito please", and got again, "what else"..... I drove off. Listening is an art, teaching your employees to not be condescending jerks and listening skills might be too great a feat. "What else" really should be "will that be all for you today" or something that shows a little bit more respect. As someone who is management in customer service, especially if this is not the first time which I could not believe that wouldn't be I'd fire that 🤡 Service: 1

Typically love this Sonic. The service is great, but the food has gone down. Two times now I've ordered a Frito chili wrap with onions and the put jalapeños in it.
