Sonora Fusion Restaurant in El Centro

I recently visited Sonora Fusion in El Centro, and I was very impressed. The food was top notch and the service was excellent. The appetizers were delicious, especially the bone marrow and steak and cheese stuffed peppers. The margarita sampler was also good, although the Mexican candy included was a bit strange. For my main course, I had the steak and lobster, which was cooked to perfection. The sides of potatoes and cheese filled peppers were also delicious. The only downside was that the lobster was a bit overcooked. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, with a beautiful decor. The staff were friendly and attentive. We also ordered a tomahawk steak, which was cooked to perfection. The bone marrow was also delicious. The drinks were great, with a Pina Colada served in a real pineapple. The shrimp tacos were also really good and the salad was fresh and came with a huge portion of grilled shrimp. The Churro Cheesecake was to die for! All in all, this is a great place for a special occasion or just a night out. The prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!
