Went in for breakfast to celebrate my mom's birthday. Ordered a few mimosas and bloody Mary's. Less than an hour after being seated waitress informed us that they needed our table for a large party. I work in the restaurant business as well and never in any establishment I worked would we ask our guests to leave to accommodate another party. Very bad for business. Didn't offer us another table or anything else for the inconvenience. Gratuity automatically added, even for a party of 3, so I guess the waitress didnt care about customer service. I had the worst customer service experience ever today. I went to breakfast with my family and the waitress was awful to say the least. She gave my cousin a tiny piece of salmon when my cousin asked about it she was rude about it. My other cousin asked for diced potatoes instead of hash browns she gave her hash browns anyway. I asked for hazelnut for my coffee but she Rudely said we don’t have that all we have is French vanilla. And I had to ask for a refill and she took a long time to bring the bill. Then included a $17 gratuity which she didn’t deserve. She was rude. When I went to the front to discuss my concerns regarding lathe gratuity she was rude and projecting her voice in front of customers. I will NEVER go back. Absolutely mortified on a Sunday morning by the lack of decorum displayed by the waitress.

*Make sure you look at receipt* I should have read the reviews before going. It was three of us and they automatically added gratuity. It was my fault for not looking before, but I gave them an extra tip. The service was good. The Philly chicken I ordered was delicious. The pancakes were undercooked. The orange juice said it was freshly squeezed and it was not. You can taste the difference and this definitely was not. Couple of weekend visits so far. The food prep, presentation is excellent. Loved the Banana Foster French Toast is 5⭐. Gets pricey real quick if you go off the specials menu. No complaints on the portions though. The table spacing is good, the natural light from the large windows adds nice ambiance to the atmosphere. Service was timely, and attentitive. Solid breakfast establishment. The soup was a little salty but it honestly hit the spot. I had already almost finished it before I took a picture. I ordered strawberry crepes. They were delicious and actually fresh. I asked for whipped cream and got it. Fresh fruit as a side is not worth it. I got a few pieces of honey dew and cantaloupe and grapes...nothing worth writing home about. Staff was noticeably spread thin. It's not great for large groups. I had breakfast for the first time with two of my friends. The service was fine but the server chose the amount of the tip without my input. They put three suggestions at the bottom of the receipt but he chose what he wanted. I understand if there’s a party of 6 or more the gratuity is automatically applied. It’s For this reason I will not patronize this establishment in the future. This is dishonest dealings with customers. First visit and was impressed. The french toast was tasty, but noticed the skillets were a hot ticket with many other visitors. Guess i will try that on the second visit. Loved the breakfast potatoes as well. Most places cant get those right, Stacked got them just perfect. Our server was pleasant as well! The food was really good! Ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes and corn beef hash. There’s a ton of food with each meal. Definitely enough for two people to split. The red velvet pancakes look great too! Went on a Sunday, about a 30 min wait for two. Staff was friendly. Everything came out hot. Not sure why they have bad reviews. I would definitely come back.
