Placed a mobile order and while it was ready when I arrived I needed a stir stick and there were none by the napkins. I politely asked the barista behind the counter for one; he grunted and looked confused so I repeated the question to which he nodded at a small collection of stir sticks behind the counter out of view from where I was standing. He gave a look of annoyance at my question, rolled his eyes and went back to making his drink. It’s small things like this that prove that good customer service is truly hard to find. Service: 1
