Went to the store the other day. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible. I received my order not too long after ordering. This used to be my favorite Starbucks. It's several years ago I gave it a five star review. The staff was wonderful, the service was great, and the coffee was excellent. Excellent. The quality of service here has dropped dramatically. If you go into the store, be prepared to be ignored. They are very focused on the drive-thru and mobile orders, but not customers. At the register. Register. This morning I went and stood for three or four minutes at the register without even being acknowledged by anyone. At the seven people working there. I finally gave up and left. If you read the other reviews, I'm not the only person who has had this experience there. The manager might consider making this a mobile order and drive through store only with no register service. The other option would be to train staff to acknowledge and wait on the people who do come inside. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
