Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru then when they finished handing us our order, gave us attitude saying we ‘came too early’ and ‘to look at the pick up time next time’. And to top it off they made my drink poorly because of it (Its supposed to be a shaken espresso but looks like it sat around for hours). Never had a problem at any other location like this before, it’s the same as going through the drive thru, placing my order & waiting for my order at the window. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My chai was terrible. It tasted like warmed up milk. So sis my fathers Carmel latte. I would recommend you retrain your baristas because paying 6 bucks for a drink to only throw it away is infuriating. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
