Thankfully the staff here are always spot on and friendly! Drive-thru moves quickly and they even still use the ordering screen (it's only been down a few times). The indoor atmosphere used to be welcoming and cozy for visiting and spending time at the establishment, but they took out a bunch of their seating. I didn't spend much time working while there, but I had taken studies there a few times, but now they don't have the setup for that anymore; which is sad. Bathrooms are always clean and, again, the staff here are all great! PS: Bring back the eggnog latte at Christmas! We ordered two coffees and noticed the machine was overflowing the cups, which seemed odd/unbecoming of starbucks. Upon tasting the coffee it had extremely bitter/burnt flavors, essentially undrinkable.
