This particular Starbucks is hit-or-miss when it comes to customer service. While I do not frequent it daily. I'm here at least two times a week, and I hardly ever get an acknowledgment when entering or leaving. I understand that they are generally swamped in the drive-thru. But it only takes a moment to recognize a customer. I will say, though, the one standout is Sarah. She's always so pleasant and always remembers my name; it really means a lot to someone who's been in customer service for years.
