The atmosphere, food, and customer service is excellent at this location.
However, this Starbucks 8 out of 10 times makes my drink wrong. I stopped getting my favorite drink because I didn't want to ask, one more time, to have it remade and I decided to try new ones. Even doing that, I still had bad experiences every 3rd visit or so. The staff has always have been nice and remade my drink if I ask, but I’m tired of complaining and waiting for a second drink.
I drive to Georgetown for my coffee now. Sorely disappointed in the number of coffees that have been made wrong since they opened either due to new employees or a broken coffee machine producing burnt coffee. I have given up

I gave this Starbucks 3 chances before writing this, the 1st and 2nd time I figured were just a busy day and maybe they forgot to add the vanilla syrup or the extra expresó shot I requested but today was the last straw. My same order grande iced carmel macchiato with extra shot and Carmel around the cup. They gave me a cup of milk, I was already on 35 when I realized , upset and disbelief I went to the Starbucks on Williams in Georgetown to just order the expreso shots to add to this cup of milk and they were surprised because I was not only the 1st customer but the 2nd customer who came to them because they messed up the drink!!! They saved the day and remade it for me free of charge and took my cup of ice milk and apologized for the whole thing which I thought was nice since they were not responsible for it. I have no problem paying the rising cost of Starbucks but the least you can do is put the coffee and extra shot I paid for. Advice go to Georgetown where they are more friendly and they will not mess up your drink. This location is lacking baristas with experience and if you paying 8-10 dlls for a coffee go where you will get what you orders and your moneys worth. Pictures for reference. So great to finally have a Starbucks. Staff was very kind and helpful. Drink was awesome as always. Got the new chicken breakfast sandwhich…. definitely could have been better! But overall a nice place. Could be more clean.

The team at this Starbucks is so cheerful and friendly every single time. I have never had a bad experience here! I’ll always drive up to this location from Georgetown on work from home days—it’s so worth it. Thanks to the sweet morning crew for always making my day :)

Great little place to get coffee and a bite to eat. Easy to get off and on the highway there. Have always used the drive-thru. Friendly employees and my order has always been right.
