They already know me i'm Sandy They are really kind and they have a good service. I Love My Ice Matcha Venti Latte And the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino I love when I get to the drive thru and they say Hi, Sandy how r u? Lack of training and inexperience is no excuse for poor customer service. Terrible Baristas here, save your time and money and go to the Starbucks in the Safeway where they don't feel entitled. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
