This Starbucks location has amazing and welcoming service. Food and beverages are made to perfection. Building is kept clean and up-to-date. The only struggle I will note is the hospitality in tone of some of the employees. Would love to support our local Starbucks more. This store is constantly either one of the four: closed for service, drive thru only, inside service only, order ahead not available. This is the second go-round for Starbucks in Danville. I have counted five families as I’ve waited in the car line, who have walked up to get service inside and met with the sign. Cars back up well into the adjacent businesses parking LOTS. I’m only sitting here as it’s my day off, I’m in town, and I want an espresso to go with my Hobby Lobby trip. Two stars for getting my drink right, the rest is left out for this kind of consistent service. Editing to add: consistently having to wait 30+ minutes for a beverage is very unfortunate given the opportunity that could be here! And completely out of my timeframe to wait that long for a coffee. Kudos to those who continue to give this location business. Price per person $30–50

Food is always served hot and pretty tasty. It's a slightly expensive snack but worth the once or twice treat.I love the flavors for the seasons! The service personnel are awesome. The only dig on service is that they had a number of shut downs in a short personnel of time. I like the inside atmosphere, but I'd love to see a bit more seating. There isn't much if you want to sit down for coffee. It's definitely a better place to get a quick drive-through if the line isn't too long. However, the way the drive-through is set up is a mess. If you park in front of the store, the drive-through line blocks you from leaving. If there are too many people waiting in line, it gets wrapped up and blocks the parking lot a bit. This Starbucks is crazy busy at pretty much all hours of the day. It doesn't have so much of the casual coffee shop feel, due to the number of customers hanging about. Despite that, the staff is always nice and helpful. I recommend ordering ahead and walking to pick your order up. The drive thru is often 20-30 cars deep. I ordered 3 Large Pink drinks. The drinks are pricy, but my oldest daughter loves them (age 16)! My youngest daughter (age 15) and I decided we’d give them a try for the first time! <3 The drink tasted watered down! I asked my oldest daughter : Is it just me or does the drink taste watered down? My oldest daughter stated her drink tasted watered down, too. I’ve ordered her the Pink drink at the Somerset location prior. She stated: It tasted fine at the Somerset location. I asked her: Did it taste different? She stated : Yes! The Pink drink did taste different at the Somerset location! We won’t be returning for any future purchases! No, I don’t want a refund!. No, I don’t want FREE stuff! I just want whatever I’m ordering to be done correctly for what I pay for! i should have good service like everyone else that decides to go to Starbucks! Have a good day! The best coffee shop in America. They offer a premium roast of coffee sure the fancy the most discriminating taste buds. I didn't rate the food because I only but the coffee there. I leave the food to others to rate, but knowing Starbucks reputation it will be first class. The servers are great and helpful. This review is no reflection at all on the staff. They are wonderful, and the workers here work hard and are exceptional. This review is directed to the owners/managers of this franchise. I have never seen a more poorly managed and run business, much less Starbucks. Every day is a guessing game as to what will be open. More often than not they are closed inside with no explanation given. The other half of the time they are just drive through, and mobile order ahead isn’t even available. We used to have a long standing study here on Thursday nights, but we had to stop because each week there was no guarantee they would be open. Whoever runs this location needs to step aside, because this isn’t good. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered straight from the menu and they delivered! It was a good oatmilk iced coffee and it tasted great. All in all a beautiful place that's well maintained and very clean. Overall it was a good experience. It was my first visit at this one particular location. Our order was partially taken correctly. And the person making our drinks appeared to be in a bad mood or mad at what 2 drinks we ordered.
