I came in with a few friends before an IMPORTANT event that I had to be at.
Excited for my morning cold brew from Starbies. The person taking my order was nice.
I waited patiently for my drink and buttered croissant. after 15mins (which there was only 1 person in front of me) the man then tells me they have no cold brew NO COLD BREW. How does a coffee shop IN a grocery store not have, coffee? He said he can make me a drink similar. After an ETERNITY later I was givin a drink that taste like coffee grounds mixed with stagnant water. I then STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR MY CROISSANT. My friends orders were wrong. One of them got what looked like a half eaten sandwich. Hers drink were wrong too.
I think you need to stop paying your employees by the hour people the service is terrible and they are SLOW. Paid by the drink and maybe they will HURRY UP.
Terrible. Never coming back.

The service here has become hit or miss. Some mornings I come in and there are 4 people working. Other mornings, there is one person working and you have to stand in line for up to 30 mins to get a drink. Unfortunately it is the only Starbucks in the immediate area, so the location gets a lot of business, therefore it should not consistently be so understaffed. It is not fair to the customers or the employeess.

This has nothing to do with employees and everything to do with corporate. This location. Is SO busy and there’s only ever 1 person working at 7-9am monday - Friday. This is ridiculous. FIX IT STARBUCKS…..sincerely one coffee deprived tired woman. (Jarrell here is killing it while the line is 5 people long. Very patient polite and attentive to everyone. Great job to him!!!)

I used to go to the Perry Hall location when I lived right next door bc it was closer and had a drive through. I switched to this location when I moved closer. I’ve gone here a few times and have had pretty good service, the ladies that work here have been very nice. Today was the worst experience I’ve had, and not any of their faults. I’m hoping to change this review to more stars in the future but will not be going back for a bit.
My bf and I stopped to get coffee, he chose the same thing I usually get on a weekly basis. This is my drink of choice, one that I got nailed down a year or two ago. This is the first time I’ve had a man at this location to take my order. When it came out, there were visible layers of liquid and unmixed material in the drink and it looked clear/creamy, compared to the light brown color it usually is. When I asked about the color, the man said that’s just the add-ins I got. It tasted like straight water mixed with milk and was white. No coffee. I asked him to remake it and apologized. He was a little annoyed but went to remake it. He did the same thing and it came out with visible layers again, but I didn’t want to make him remake it again. When I showed him a picture of my normal coffee and how it’s brown, he got more annoyed as he was trying to have a conversation with a friend. The manager told him he was making the lattes wrong and tried explaining how it changes the taste and the mix of the coffee. He was very dismissive. My bf’s coffee came out okay, though he still had to blend it more, the man took the other coffee he made and sipped it in front of everyone, saying it tasted the same, nothing different. If I’m paying over $5-$6+ for a coffee, I want it to be blended right and be drinkable. I could have gone anywhere else and gotten cheaper coffee that was blended right, and without the dismissal. Thank you to the manager that finally stepped in to tell him that the blend of coffee matters, I just wish this happened sooner or our coffees were remade after this was realized. I hope to return in the future to a friendlier atmosphere and blended coffee.

I had a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino for the first time. It was delicious! This starbucks was located inside of a Safeway. It was a clean, well organized store within a store.
My Server did greet me when I stepped to the counter but it wasn't with a smile. All in all, my order tasted great. So great that I went back the next day and got another.
I do recommend you to visit.
