I ordered few times and I mentioned NO CINNAMON and got it of course with cinnamon. There is non sense. Why would they ever ignore so important details. I’m allergic to cinnamon. It’s unbelievable how they can ruin your health even though you MENTION not to add it to your drink. This place is the worst Starbucks place ever.

They got most of our order wrong and forgot part of it the food was not warmed up at all even though the sticker said warmed and we asked for oat milk in a hot cocoa but got 2% anyways Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
