This is my go to starbucks because it's close to me. However, it's extremely painful going due to the long wait. June is extremely slow and she always need help with the order and inputting it into the register. The drinks she does make aren't always that great. Service Dine in Service: 1

Does this look like a caramel ribbon crunch frapp?? Absolutely not. It’s not even frozen nor does it have whip cream or the caramel drizzle that comes on it. Extremely disappointed with this order, to be told “we can’t do refunds over the phone.” Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Always great customer service. Coffee prices are a bit high but the staff knows how to brighten your day. Love the new shaken espressos. Unfortunately, this store runs out of different drinks a lot because it’s always so busy. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

This is my favorite Starbucks. The whole staff is kind --even after a couple of weeks of not showing up they still remember my name and my son (not sure if they put notes or they are extremely awesome) but I am floored. I get nitro brew here all the time and it's by far the best here. The baristas are amazing! 10 stars if I could!

I visit this location at least once weekly. There is always a problem. Today I forgot to give my phone to scan my phone for points. The young lady said it must be done at the beginning of the transaction and there was no way I could receive points. I was on the phone with my husband who is a frequent Starbucks customer who stated that was untrue. Always an issue. Of course she didn’t give a receipt either. Maybe they don’t need my dollars

This is the nicest Starbucks. They have the most comfortable seating inside and outside . There is plenty of room to relax over a latte or frap. The staff is warm and friendly and then so helpful. They always have enough staff to handle their busy location and everything is super efficient. They know their regulars and give great service. It's outstanding by far

I wanted decaffeinated coffee,, but the lady said they don't have any?! I was disappointed that she didn't offer me an alternative. I asked for decaffeinated tea instead, and again she said they don't have any? (I like coffee, but I can't have caffeine). I'll just go to another location where the staff is more knowledgeable.

Located in my favorite Kroger, which may explain the very impressive selection of pastries and sandwiches available at the Starbucks counter. One of the benefits of having access to a Starbucks in Kroger is the ability to check out your short grocery list at the Starbuck's counter with your coffee order. Quick, easy, and always yummy!
