Kathy? Who was working Friday Afternoon May 19th was smiling and funny, while absolutely slammed and working alone, she kept apologizing and making sure to notice and greet each new person who joined the long line ( there were 7 people in front of me when I joined the line) She was moving so fast and so efficiently, really the epitome of great attitude and best customer service practices, my drink was perfect too, management for this location needs to hire MORE People!
