Lady with long blonde ponytail (Asian or mixed) couldn’t get a name bc she wasn’t wearing a badge but was very unprofessional and rude when taking my order like she had a chip in her shoulder. Starbucks is a bit pricey. Everything I've ordered I feel like it could use more flavor. I honestly rather just order my caramel frappe from McDonald's I can get a large for a cheaper price than here. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I come here all the time and have always had a great experience. In particular, they have this one girl named Kat and she is always so nice and talkative. She recommends me the best drinks that I have never tried before, She has a great attitude and I love stopping by to chat with her. Sometimes I seen her work alone and it does take a moment , but she is really fast! And the drinks come out great. I tried to tip her several times but she says they're not allowed to take them. In all, great service 10/10.

I went in there and the cashier drop my change in the drive-through, which was two pennies. She got an attitude with me and told me I had to pick up the change and give it to her. There is a shelf there and I would’ve hit my car door doing damage to my paint in order to get the two. Cents. I looked at the tip jar and she had two pennies in there but she could’ve use Manager the manager told her not to worry about the two cents and to keep the line moving. I feel unappreciated every time I go to this location so I’ve decided that I can’t wait for a seven brew or a Dutch Brothers open near us and that is where I will take my business in the future. Price per person $1–10

Liked it, just wish Starbucks regular brewed coffee had a better taste. It would be awesome if they had just regular hazelnut, french coffee, amaretto, etc the regular gourmet coffee. Overall my experience was good. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went to the one in the Mesquite Target. The Young lady was very courteous. But my only complaint is that she was the only one working and had a long line behind me and several people before me, so I had to wait about 20 min for 2 coffees. 😒 Other than that, coffee was great! Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Went there today and we experienced bad customer service, it took the girl taking orders a minute for her to pay attention to us since she kept talking to her co workers and mid ordering she would ignore me to talk to her coworker.I literally had to talk over them to get her attention again. She had a very rude tone when she told us they don’t take scan to pay.

Took my daughter for her first Starbucks experience! She's 6 and REALLY wanted a cake pop & a Strawberries n cream Frappuccino! Not only did she get her delicious extra wiped cream Frappuccino she got a UNICORN cake pop! She was in heaven.
