Everyone knows starbucks is the best unless you're diabetic Getting something from there might make you upset. Their sugar-free products are slim to nil. They are very expensive. And I went to the Starbucks in Seagoville and overheard the cashier making fun of me. My son called up there and the manager made it right, but it really caused me not to want to go there again. They've got some good food but to me not worth the money you pay for it. This location is a hit or miss . Some days the coffee is delicious sometimes the drinks are just nasty not mixed well. I got breakfast this morning and was very unhappy . It’s always 2 people behind the counter. I think more staff would be helpful with the work flow. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I go there every day after my walk which is inside the top of them I walk at. Even if I don't purchase anything I still go say hi to them, and when I don't show up one day they always question me the next. They're very personable. I give this place a 1 stars. Service here is horrible and its not the first time, They seem to have an attitude for doing their job, the lady at the cashier can't seem to get your order correctly which throws the baristas off. When I tell the barista nicely that it's missing pumpkin cold foam , she rolled her eyes and I could over hear her tell her coworker that how annoying I was for asking her about the cold foam when I clearly paid for it. When she adds it on, it's not even the correct cold foam I had asked for or paid for. The whole time they kept having a look on their face. If you don't like your job then find something else and give the opportunity to someone else who actually wants to work here. Besides the attitudes and looks, the coffee still tastes bland. It could be a hit or a miss here but overall worst Starbucks drinks & experience I've ever had. It's sad for this workers to represent Starbucks Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Barista made a completely different drink, charged me for what I asked (espresso frapp extra shot of espresso) and then when I said it was wrong she said oh well it's made this way so I'd have to charge you $1 for every shot and charged me again when I didn't want 4 shots and then it was still wrong. Tasted horrible and the color wasn't even what it's supposed to be. Didn't offer a receipt. Wasted $9 and 20 minutes.
Standing here for 15 minutes and there’s no one to take the order. The lady who’s making the coffee is rude and doesn’t take the order. It’s like waiting forever in a rude Starbucks. Close it if you can’t run it. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I go to a Starbucks almost daily. It's great. This one at the Tom Thumb is dirty and the employees aren't friendly and can't make a drink as stated. Each time we've gone, they have poor attitudes and don't listen. I don't request a difficult drink. Anyone should understand how to make it. Went here thinking it would be quicker than the Starbucks off US 80… I was wrong! Somehow with one barista, and another employee working the counter and only two people in front of me with simple orders, this time took 15 minutes. In addition, I was told they could not scan my Starbucks reward code on my phone because they needed “the long bar code” when I explained I had never been told that before and how do I get the long barcode she said “I don’t know”. Absolutely pathetic. Service: 1
