"Unfortunately, I've had a consistently disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The store is consistently dirty, and on two separate occasions, I've been served food with hair in it. When I returned to request a refund, I was met with resistance and told that a refund wouldn't be provided. While I've tried to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt in the past, I can no longer recommend it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the repeated issues with the quality of the food are unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons."
