While the service was friendly, the building itself was very unkept and dirty. There was no toilet paper and either restroom and from the looks of the sink, my hands were already cleaner than they would have been touching it to wash them. Still Working On It..(The Hype)..although a Citrus Tea was purchased for me and it was Really Really Guuuuuudddddd..and I like the Chocolate candy I would give it another..an..another shot! Getting the attention of the Patron once their order has been completed Could Be Much Better..The Initial Contact Placing The Order Outstanding..from there..What Happened its like someone went into Cardiac Arrest No Resuscitation. I need to see if someone can reach out to me with corporate number I’m tired of seeing this every time I go, and I finally said something tonight and the guy made a face and rolled his eyes so I’m new to town and I’m just like who else can I explain my situation to and will correct this with employees touching the rim of your cup where you drink from even the cashier I mean they are handling money plus I saw her cleaning her hand in a rag she had on the counter then she handled my drink to make sure the lid was on right so sick 🤢 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Ew, I got my regular lunch box with peanut butter and eggs and fruit, and the eggs had a weird shape, overcooked and I suspect they were from those disgusting buckets of preserved eggs instead of being fresh boiled. Previously an avid Starbucks fan living near the 1st one in Seattle I have high expectations of not only incredible service but coffee as well. This Starbies is a hit or miss with all of the above. A few weeks ago, I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha that tasted rotten. Like tasted like the smell of sewage....my lovely boyfriend ordered ahead Friday for me before work so I could swing in really quick and it was delicious. I ordered ahead the next day (yesterday) and my 2 coffees were ready and my 1 muffin wasn't ready. No big deal at all until I asked about it 10 minutes later and then another 10 minutes...36 minutes went by and I got in line again and asked about it again and still had to wait another 5 minutes. Seriously absurd. BUT the workers, especially the one working the front yesterday, are amazing! Very quick and friendly. They get two stars because they’re always very nice. However, my coffee cup leaks on me every time I order from here (I don’t know why. This doesn’t happen from any other Starbucks but it gets all over my car), and my food is messed up half the time. Today they thought this completely burnt bacon Gouda was acceptable to send me on my way with. I’m breaking up with you, Starbucks. I found myself in my old stomping grounds, and stopped into this, my old home Starbucks. My original barista rang me up, and, after 4 years, she still remembered me! Remarkable! We had a great conversation and it felt like I belonged again. There was a bustle of work going on behind the counter, with drive thru customers and dine in customer orders being taken care of. My cold brew came out shortly, and, with my bakery items, I was on my way. I am so glad I stopped in for coffee here again!
